Message-ID: MIME-Version: 1.0 Content-Type: TEXT/PLAIN; charset=US-ASCII Sender: owner-freebsd-java@FreeBSD.ORG Precedence: bulk X-Loop: FreeBSD.org Hello, I have installed the linux-jdk13 port and have had no luck getting the java executable to run without dumping core. I noticed that the realpath executable that the .java_wrapper utilizes to resolve symlinks does not work either. Is there something special that needs to be installed to make this work? The machine is running a fresh 4.2-RELEASE installation CVSUP'd to 4.2-STABLE. I have another machine that is a 4.1-RELEASE install CVSUP'd to 4.2-STABLE, and have experienced nothing but success running the Linux 1.3.0 JDK (or any other jdk for that matter). I have altered the jvm.cfg file to ensure that -classic is at the top of the list, but that has been no help either. Has anyone else run into this sort of thing?
