Only one idea: collating code needs to be fixed to handle any numbers of chains. It is possible by introducing new version of collate data format and fixing both libc and colldef to handle it additionly to old one. Grab colldef sources and lib/libc/locale/collate.[ch] from -current. -- Andrey A.
