Your web page describes the site as "Balls Dot Org -- Group of people sharing info on FreeBSD and providing web hosting access to local non-profit organizations". In addition, the Netcraft Uptime Survey site ( http://uptime.netcraft.com/ ), which tends to do a good job detecting FreeBSD systems, shows that www.balls.org runs on Linux, not FreeBSD. This was committed last night to www/en/includes.sgml and www/en/index.xsl: It can be seen in: http://www.freebsd.org/ But not not anywhere else that I could find. The link to BSDToday could be found on http://www.freebsd.org/news/index.html web page. My proposal for a replacement goes to http://www.onlamp.com/bsd A second thing is related to the new format of the mailing list archives which makes browsing the lists a bit difficult. Now the information I was looking for is a few mouse clicks far away. Maybe you can make both styles available next to each other on the usual web page http://www.freebsd.org/support.html#mailing-list The "old style" archives could still be found under: http://docs.freebsd.org/mail/ Regards, Gheorghe ARDELEAN From owner-freebsd-www@FreeBSD.ORG Fri Jul 18 16:30:48 2003 Return-Path: Delivered-To: freebsd-www@freebsd.org Received: from mx1.FreeBSD.org (mx1.freebsd.org [216.136.204.125]) by hub.freebsd.org (Postfix) with ESMTP id 9B7D037B401; Fri, 18 Jul 2003 16:30:48 -0700 (PDT) Received: from arthur.nitro.dk (port324.ds1-khk.adsl.cybercity.dk [212.242.113.79]) by mx1.FreeBSD.org (Postfix) with ESMTP id C4E4D43FAF; Fri, 18 Jul 2003 16:30:47 -0700 (PDT) (envelope-from simon@arthur.nitro.dk) Received: by arthur.nitro.dk (Postfix, from userid 1000) id 1D34310DB6C; Sat, 19 Jul 2003 01:30:46 +0200 (CEST) Date: Sat, 19 Jul 2003 01:30:45 +0200 From: "Simon L. The mailman archives could be trivialy fixed. All that's needed is to create a new mbox file containing both the old ones and the new ones and run "mailman/bin/arch " for each list. It takes a while, but it would work. -- Brooks --=20 Any statement of the form "X is the one, true Y" is FALSE.
