What is the status of the www/seamonkey port? Portupgrade will not build it and finds that the port is marked "IGNORE" because "WEBRTC works only with ALSA and PULSEAUDIO backends". Just asking here because I have not read anything about it on the mailing lists or on other sites. It works properly following the restore of my ~/.mozilla directory however subsequently it crashes on start-up or shortly thereafter. Googling firefox 21.0 crash brings up four or five hits at the Mozilla support forums site, so this may need to be escalated to our upline (I'd open a PR but I'm away from my computer at the moment). Can our Gecko team bring this up with our upline? A couple of data points. I can reproduce this at will on two laptop computers. However, exporting DISPLAY on a server downstairs and running it from there works. Sometimes it will die due to an XCB error while other times it's due to multiple segfaults. I think this should be brought to the attention of our upline. Please cc me at Cy.Schubert@komquats.com (or cy@FreeBSD.org) as I don't normally use my Blackberry (gmail account) for FreeBSD related emails. Thanks. ~cy small keyboard in use. Unfortunately I'm quite busy with non-FreeBSD stuff currently. Let me first say that 21.0 works fine for me on head (except for not finding the addons that were installed from ports, that's something else I need to look at. If someone else has ideas / time to look at it, please do so) It would a good if you could build firefox with the logging option enabled, maybe that can shed some light. Could you please provide the following information. Which compilers were used? I.e. do you have anything setup in make.conf? If not I need to know which version of FreeBSD you are running, to figure the compiler out (bsd.gecko.mk prefers clang on most versions). Also which options was firefox built with? What about a stack trace? Also, two days ago I updated my 9.1-stable, and today I tried a portupgrade -Rf firefox, but with no results. I've tried without extensions and in safe mode too, but this problems keeps coming back. It seems to be a specific FF problem because it's the only application on my system that has this. Regards, Marco -- Very few profundities can be expressed in less than 80 characters.
