I just installed mutt and have it running under 1600x1200x16 (MODE_286 on my machine). Looks okay here. I've had other people reporting problems that I could not reproduce here with my Matrox Millenium G200 and two nVIDIAs. I also have some issues myself that others don't have. > yes, moused is running and the mouse is ok on other text virtual terminals. The mouse pointer is drawn the same way as the text. If there's text, there should be a mouse pointer. Is it completely invisible? Could you check if commenting out the lines if (!on) return; right at the beginning of vga_pxlmouse_direct() in scvgarndr.c makes any difference? > see attachments (for instance, dmesg isn't in verbose mode, but I will > on monday). It would be nice if you could send that anyway so I could save it with your mail. Could you also put 'options VESA_DEBUG=2' in your kernel config? Thanks! Regards, Sascha -- http://yoyodyne.ath.cx
