Just type, # mount solaris-machine:/path/to/export /path/on/FreeBSD In order to mount this automatically at boot time, rc.conf requires no modification, just a line in fstab(5), solaris-machine:/path/to/export /path/on/FreeBSD nfs 0 0 It's typically trickier setting up the exports file and NFS servers on the server machine. -- Crist J.
