I want clients to be able to synchronize, so I enabled the broadcast option in ntp.conf as follows: broadcast 129.1.1.255 I am getting an error message at the console as follows: servername xntpd[149]:sendto(129.1.1.255):Permission denied Does this have something to do with my firewall? I am running ipfw with standard rules. Any ideas? Dave Aas dave@ciminot.com To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-questions" in the body of the message
