Subject: XWindow Hangs Problem

HI! I am wondering how can I get back the terminal after the X Window hangs.
I try rlogin from other computer and kill all the X Window program, but I
still can not get my terminal back on the machine.  I have to reboot the
computer to get the terminal back on.  Thanks for the help in advance.
