First, many thanks to David O'Brien for getting us this far! This is an extension of what he started here. Secondly, I would be very suprised if I have not broken something. I have still got a bit more to do and I wanted to keep the out-of-tree stuff to a minimum. But if I have made any obvious blunders that are easily fixed (typos, wrong paths etc) and neither David or myself are around, then I would rather somebody did a bandaid fix than leaving it broken for ages.
