There was a major bug in the configuration software that prevented PnP sound cards from initializing properly. This bug has been fixed. Please download the newest 3.8-beta28 drivers from http://www.4front-tech.com/freebsd.html. In the new software, you must provide all the IRQs, DMAs, Port addresses for the PnP cards since there is currently no known mechanism of finding out what resources are already occupied by other devices in FreeBSD. The buggy version of the drivers were built with the wrong flags which did not specifically set the parameters. With the result, PnP cards weren't being properly initialized. We apologize for any inconvenience. Best regards, Tech Support. ======================================================== 4Front Technologies 11698 Montana Ave. Suite 12.
