I have 0.99.21 at home and I occasionally get this error - the newest version (0.99.26) does not ever give me this problem on my machine at work. Essentially it's run out of memory - or at least thinks it has. When this happens at home I still have plenty of memory available. If you're using an old version, try upgrading.
