How could I get ftpd to create a directory with right permissions? there is a fragment of my ftpaccess # /usr/local/etc/ftpaccess # specify the upload directory information upload /var/ftp * no upload /var/ftp /incoming yes ftp daemon 0700 dirs 0777 upload /var/ftp /bin no upload /var/ftp /etc no ########################################## But all created in /incoming directories have permissions of 0755. It seems to me that ftpd doesn't apply indicated in ftpaccess permissions. How could I change this behaviour? be good, andy Some users are alive only because it's illegal to kill them To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-questions" in the body of the message
