I'm working on a port for the sophos product; but since I have to do it in my non-existing spare time it may take a little while .. There's also the 'avp' (sorry no url at hand) virus-scanner for linux. It's even free for personal use, but it seems to be a rather raw port of the DOS/Win-Version.
