Maybe show me full output of 'make configure' for I can compare with mine? There is one thing that I can think of is to try to change MOZ_TOOLKIT from cairo-gtk2 to gtk2 to see if it will changing anything. The cairo-gtk2 is default in everywhere. However, I don't know if it will building as I haven't test it. Did you tweak anything in cairo option when you installed it?
