I checked and the other FreeBSD system I have had the same entry. I have no idea how it got created. I tried to install the worm driver, but it won't find it, no how. I unconfigured "cd0" and it then shows up as "uk0". I finally configured "cd0" in and "worm0" out. I then just tried a variation on what you did and: cd /dev ; ln -s rcd0.ctl scgx This works just fine. Thanks for the help.
