I get a welcome message so I guess that means the FTPD is running (I don't know how to verify this any other way) but the only directory I can see is the / one .... I already did a chmod 777 incoming, but I can't change to that directory (or anything else for that matter) from remote machines ....... how do I fix whatever is broken ??
