But when I can't ping 198.82.82.1, I can't ping anything. 198.82.82.1 is supposed to be the router for my network. Yes, dc0 is my only network interface to the network and it is connected directly to 198.82.82.1. My box is 198.82.82.148 with netmask 198.82.82.255. telia.com ??? Thanks.
