on which FTP.freebsd.org did you see this? (There are
actually two of them: I had contact with:
Trying 62.243.72.50...) it might be that the other one
does not have the same set of files (although I doubt
that).

Please recheck or use a local mirror (advised) to see
whether the file is there (ftp.pl.freebsd.org or something
similiar).
