    What is everyone's = experiencing=20 using various bandwidth managers/delay emulators? I've used NISTNet on = Redhat=20 7.1, and thought it worked decently (few cosmetic bugs, but the function = was=20 still there). I haven't tried dummynet yet... any comments/advice = regarding=20 dummynet? Any other bandwidth managers besides dummynet and NISTNet I = should=20 try?
