I have just downloaded and installed Star Office 3.1 from ftp.freebsd.org - no problems there. However, now installed if I run swriter I keep on looping back to the user setup screen and if I switch to the Star Office directory and run setup I get the message "this UNIX type not supported". I'm running 2.2.6 stable andLinux is enabled in rc.conf and I do have the latest linux libs installed from the ports. Any ideas where I'm going wrong ? I have looked in the archives but can't see anything there except a mention to add Linux enabling to the kernel - no mention of where and in what way though. 2. Installing xdir from http://www.llnl.gov/liv_comp/ I get errors on install (supposed to be FreeBSD version) account.c:54: Xm/SelectionB.h: No such file or directory account.c:55: Xm/MesageB.h: No such file or directory account.c:57 Xm/Text.h: No such file or directory In file included from account.c:58 xdir.h:58 Xm/Xm.h: No such file or directory *** Error code 1 does it need debugging or something? thanks for any help, Chris R.
