Sender: owner-freebsd-questions@FreeBSD.ORG Precedence: bulk X-Loop: FreeBSD.ORG Hello, I'm writing to find out if anybody has heard of any utility, or kernel patch to support the fans in the toshiba satellite laptops? I know that there is a Linux toshiba utilities package, but that it will not compile under freebsd, or for that matter, any other OS other than Linux. I believe the reason this is, is that under linux, it requires a loadable module, called toshiba.o. If anybody would like any more information about my system, my setup, or whatnot, please contact me off the list. Ohh, and here's the address for the Linux toshiba utilities: http://www.buzzard.org.uk/toshiba/ Thanks! -Ben Lovett To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-questions" in the body of the message
