Message-ID: MIME-Version: 1.0 Content-Type: TEXT/PLAIN; charset=US-ASCII Sender: owner-freebsd-stable@FreeBSD.ORG Precedence: bulk X-Loop: FreeBSD.ORG Hi, Are there any plans to include pppd-2.3.8 in FreeBSD stable? If yes, is it possible work fine with PAM? I'm having some problems with 3.2-RELEASE to make work fine with PAM. This version of pppd have one very good feature: /etc/ppp/auth-up A program or script which is executed after the remote system successfully authenticates itself. It is executed with the parameters interface-name peer-name user-name tty-device speed Note that this script is not executed if the peer doesn't authenticate itself, for example when the noauth option is used. Thanks, Paulo Fragoso. ------ " ... Overall we've found FreeBSD to excel in performace, stability, technical support, and of course price.
