I have this in another script in the /usr/local/etc/rc.d/. Everytime My machine boots it goes and mounts that machine. In the other machine(the mounted not the mounter) there is a file called /etc/exports and thisis where you have to tell it what machine can connect and at what point. Hope this helps at all.
