Hi,

I tried to get ACPI up and running on a P2120 without any success.

Is there any site describing what can be done to get ACPI running?

I tried to tune sysctl.conf without any success. The machine just 
continues working or shutsdown but does a normal reboot afterward 
loosing all open files.

Where are the hooks to start?
