	Hi... My name is Phusit Chevakanit, I'm studying in Thailand and
making a project that 
	must be proof my assumption about TCP/IP protocol behavior.
	Could you please tell me How can I modify the TCP/IP parameter and
some process such as 
	Flow control process in TCP/IP protocol. I need more details about
all related sourcefile and
