Only idea that i have. It can't come from the system libraries, they should only use correct system calls. The c-compiler also doesn't generate system calls himself, so the only possibility to get wrong system calls into the binary is from the libraries that are getting linked from the AcceleratedX libraries. I assume that they have own X Libraries delivered with the Server ?
