The DEC Alpha/AXP RC#1 is at

This is an installatable ISO image with XFree86 3.3.6 bits (no packages)
(MD5 checksum is in CHECKSUM.MD5 in the same directory).

The FTP installable version is also uploading to the FTP site and
will be available from ftp://ftp.freebsd.org/pub/FreeBSD/releases/alpha/
shortly.
