Try using a GOOD cpu with a GOOD memory card in that.


I have such a problem in a system and the solution was to shut down the 
INTERNAL cpu cache.

On other system I shut down both caches 


This kind of problems (cc aborting, sh aborting...) generaly measn bad 
hardware.
