I haven't seen anything with that much disk space that cheep.  I host
one of the sites I work with at:
http://www.quadrahosting.com/hosting/unix.html

They have been very good for us, but their plans offer way less disk
space than you are looking for.

$8/month for what you were getting was a steal.
