The samba build does not change the compiled-in default paths
for the config file and the smbpasswd file if LOCALBASE is set.
Instead, they are wired to live under /usr/local/
>How-To-Repeat:
Change LOCALBASE, build and install net/samba. When run, it will
look in /usr/local/etc/smb.conf and /usr/local/private/smbpasswd.
The port install does create sample versions of these file in
$LOCALBASE, though.
