It turns out that this card is supported and works in 3.0 (at least) using the lnc device ("device lnc0" but ya gotta have PnP set up right and it turns up as lnc1 in the dmesg output). Dunno what I did wrong first time I tried it that led me to think it didn't work. Greg, somewhat red-faced.
