I have psgml set up on xwindows ... that's how I wrote rebuild.html.  
After I read your mail, I started writing config.html .. to explain the 
config file.  I since got your mail on linuxdoc and downloaded the dtd.

my question is...

How do you get psgml to use linucdoc.dtd?

get me going & I'll refornat config.html to config.??? according to 
linuxdoc.
