# grep "text to find" /var/spool/mqueue/*
Will dump out a list of messages in the queue with your text.

Yes. Edit /etc/mail/aliases, and add:

# username: username@otherserver.mydomain.com

Then run:

# newaliases

(supposing you are running sendmail).
