It took them a month to ship. So we switched to paying by credit card. This went OK for a couple of systems and then suddenly they said that they couldn't accept overseas credit cards (as though American VISA credit cards were suddenly intrinsically different). So would we please pay by wire. Well, no. We don't deal with them any more. Their products are generally good, and prices are not low but are reasonable. I have dealt with Telesys for something like 5 years.
