It is in a relatively easy to find form. So it benefits all. (And a sysadmin who "expects" thanks is a fool. A sysadmin who does not appreciate thanks or objects to another getting a thank you message, is not a fit human being to live. And indeed he is not living a full life. He's in a half life of "grouch", which will lead to an early grave.) Note that "Thank you" is about all the pay anybody here gets for offering solutions. Those two words feed the soul.
