Dear sir
 
         I have some problem about printer.
    
         I am connect  Printer (HP Laser 6P) to FreeBSD Server  by parallel port  and share Printer by Samba
              
        I am setting in /etc/printcap file

     lp|Server Printer|HP Laser 6P:\

                :sh:lp=/dev/lpt0:\

                :sd=/var/spool/output/lpd/lp:\

                :ifhp=model=hp6p:\

               :if=/usr/local/libexec/filters/ifhp:\

               :of=/usr/local/libexec/filters/ifhp:

  I can not print from client

  and error message

lpd [305]: lp : filter  ' f ' exited (retcode 33)

sendmail  gethostbyaddr (192.168.1.1)  failed :1

lpd [305]: lp : job could not be printed (cfA006.cs.rimhk.ac.th )

 

How I can set print to work
