Message-ID: MIME-Version: 1.0 Content-Type: TEXT/PLAIN; charset=US-ASCII Sender: owner-freebsd-ports@FreeBSD.ORG Precedence: bulk X-Loop: FreeBSD.org I've been trying for a few days to get the staroffice-3.1 port from freeBSD-2.2.5-release to work. No success, however I did look into it a bit and decided to install the package to see if I'd have any better luck. I get the same error when I try to run a staroffice app which follows: slacker.aimnet.com{178}: swriter3 User Install required before swriter3 can be run, please wait... ELF binary type not known Abort trap Can't find initialisation script /home/delerium/.sd.sh, User Install must be completed before swriter3 can be run. Upon moving the sd.sh file to my home directory as .sh.sh I get: slacker.aimnet.com{188}: swriter3 /home/delerium/.sd.sh: 1: Syntax error: newline unexpected I've installed the linux emulator package from the /stand/sysinstall packages collection while running 2.2.5-release but I get the same error. I'd love to know if this package works! Any help is much appreciated. * When information is in the hands of just a few, * x you're at their mercy, you play by their rules! x | Kris Zentner | | Customer Engineer | | Verio Northern California | =========================== To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-ports" in the body of the message
