I am running FreeBSD 2.0.5 (off the cdrom) on my Gateway 2000 Liberty, a DX4/100 laptop. My network is BNC. I have not been able to find ANYONE who has successfully used the zp driver for BNC, just people who claim they have no problems with UTP but no luck with BNC. It seems that the FreeBSD claim that the 3Com 3c589 is supported in 2.0.5, is, to put it mildly, premature for the BNC case. This is most disappointing because this card is not cheap, and I bought it specifically because of the claim. Please, can this get on the list for 2.1? I will volunteer to help all I can in tracking down what is going wrong. The card works fine when the Liberty is running dos/windows.... sts
