I am happily using my Riva TNT with XFree86 3.3.3.1, which is a module (the GLX): Section "Module" Load "glx.so" EndSection (**) stands for supplied, (--) stands for probed/default values (--) no ModulePath specified using default: /usr/X11R6/lib/modules GLX extension module for XFree86 3.3.3.1 -- Mesa version 3.0 GLX package version 0.9, GLX protocol version 1.2.
