There is a whole world of difference between a mailing list that you are free to subscribe to, and commercial-grade consulting support. If it is only the latest you are looking for, there are many places you can look for it. I, for one thing, am willing to support you and provide consulting on FreeBSD installation and use. It is more than certain that a lot of others will be more than willing to do it too. You can not, and should not complain, that support that is given for free on a list like this is not of your taste though.
