Infact the primary partition of FreeBSD also is installed on the primary harddisk. This is my guess, maybe I'm wrong -- Run cfdisk on linux as root -- you might find some FreeBSD partition. The bootloader is always installed on the primary harddisk! Infact the primary partition of FreeBSD also is installed on the primary harddisk. This is my guess, maybe I'm wrong -- Run cfdisk on linux as root -- you might find some FreeBSD partition. Delete it! (or convert to linux native).
