How do I cleanup and get rid of old users?  So far I have just
changed their passwords to be something unknown, but I would like to 
clean some of the crap up from my disk.

Would I remove them from:

group
passwd
master.passwd


Is there any other files that I have to removed them from?

Is there a tool that does this for me?
