First, you can't type in startkde from the prompt to start KDE. You have to add "exec startkde" into your .xinitrc file. Second, X is complaining it can't find libqt2.so.4, which means there is a dependency problem. KDE depends on QT to work. make sure QT is also installed. Good luck.
