The content of /etc/mail/mailer.conf is: # $FreeBSD: src/etc/mail/mailer.conf,v 1.2 1999/12/29 18:24:06 peter Exp $ # # Execute the "real" sendmail program, named /usr/libexec/sendmail/sendmail # sendmail /usr/libexec/sendmail/sendmail send-mail /usr/libexec/sendmail/sendmail mailq /usr/libexec/sendmail/sendmail newaliases /usr/libexec/sendmail/sendmail The permissions are as follows: -rw------- 1 root wheel - 316 Mar 31 04:15 mailer.conf Is this normal and what might be a reason of this? Thank you for any comment ahead of time. Sergei To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-questions" in the body of the message
