The system run without any problems, but after 20-30 days or more I get message like this: Message from syslogd@hostname at Thu Jan 25 16:57:10 2001 ... hostname Jan 25 16:57:10pppd[: Hangup (SIGHUP) and all pppd daemons get SIGHUP. With my old dial-in server, running FreeBSD 2.2.8-STABLE, I had the same problem and some others with cy driver (silo overflow). The FreeBSD 2.2.8-STABLE and 3.5-STABLE use pppd-2.3.5. I thing that is bug in pppd-2.3.5. Can anyone confirm this? PS: Sorry, my englysh is too bad.
