Hi,

does anyone know under what circumstances my membership of this list 
would be disabled due to excessive bounces?
I don't operate the mail server (I use my ISP's) so I have no control of 
any message-bouncing and the list system doesn't let me see any bounced 
messages which is no help at all.

It's a three-strike system so next time I think I'm off the list for good...
