Anonymous ftp is always chrooted to ~ftp. Other users can be chrooted
to their home directory by adding their login to /etc/ftpchroot.

Make sure to get the latest one without known security holes.

No need to "uninstall" the existing ftpd. Comment out the line from
inetd.conf or do not run it as a daemon.

Then you should probably put this address in the "From:" field
(instead of the planethalflife.com address) or in the "Reply-To"
field. It is customary on the FreeBSD lists to send replies to the
sender and only CC the list.
