I am not currently subscribed to the list so please copy me on all responses. I am trying to install the port: mysql-jdbc-mm (as located in /usr/ports/databases). The build fails quickly with the following message: ===> Patching for mysql-jdbc-mm-2.0.14 mv: rename j1c to j1c.patched: No such file or directory *** Error code 1 Stop in /usr/ports/databases/mysql-jdbc-mm. A quick look at the Makefile shows where this "j1c" is being referenced, and sure enough, it isn't there. I tried an immediate cvsup in hopes for an update, deleted the distfile, then ran again. It is very clear that the port wants "j1c" and that it isn't in the jarred distfile. Am I just doing this all wrong and is there a known fix for this, or did I just find a broken port. I really need a jdbc mysql driver quickly so any help is appreciated. System: Dell PowerEdge 1550 running 4.6-STABLE as of June 26th, 11:00 PM. Note: the checksum is just fine on the distfile and I've got all the dependencies successfully installed. The "make patch" target is the broken one. ____________ Kendall Gifford FME, Inc. kgifford@fmei.com 435-656-3118:117 ____________ Kendall Gifford http://kendall.jedis.com kendall@jedis.com To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-questions" in the body of the message
