I tried to contact header author, but it looks to be that he is also not too interested in this changes. I have no much interest in finding correct person to do this submit and also for MFC this changes to the all supported versions. What could be done: 1) use_ciss patch (default on) which enable /usr/src/sys path, if disabled - /usr/src is removed from includes. Also its better to use SRCBASE as other ports do. 2) Close this PR, work with kernel developers, wait until MFC to all supported versions and then contact me - i will remove this path as non-relevant.
