Probably fubar between here and there, or I missed something. Just wondering if anyone's running the new Perc 3/DI RAID controller (relabled AMI) from Dell under stable. I have a number of old Linux boxes with older 3/DC's and 3/SI's that are going to become more useful (I.e. install FreeBSD), but for newer orders it looks like the 3/DI has become the standard. Looks like the only difference is battery-backed cache... So even if it's not 'officially supported', would this be relatively easy to fix? (I.e. - Can I just change a 'DC' to a 'DI' somewhere and not get bitten too badly?)
